Open learning: my saving grace

Open learning helped me reach my educational goals. After a few setbacks, it was TRU OL that provided me with a program plan and a path to complete my degree. I ultimately graduated with a BA in Criminology with Distinction. That allowed me to apply to law school in Canada. I have now graduated from the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law with a Juris Doctor and will be called to the bar in BC this month.

TRU Open Learning was a major reason for my success because it allowed me to learn in a flexible and accessible manner while balancing other obligations. My program advisor was a great source of guidance and support. I thank everyone over at TRU Open Learning.
